This sample tutorial will demonstrate to you on how to Add MDI Form on your Visual
Basic 2008, to do that just follow this few steps below:

As you can see at the figure above, just go to Project Tab>then hit the Add New Item or
just Simply press Ctrl+Shift+A for you to show the Add New Item Dialog like shown at
the Figure 1.1 below:

just find the MDI Parent Form on the Add New Item Dialog like show at the figure above
then Hit the Add button:

did you notice after hitting the Add Button the MDI Parent form will automatically add on
the Project window, and its your time to do your code ^_^
