How to Connect Crystal Reports 8.5 to VB6 via DSN Connection

This is my sample tutorial on how you to connect your Crystal Reports on your Visual
Basic 6.0, this version of Crystal Reports is 8.5, so here we go.............


Just follow those few steps:

1.) Project >Add Crystal Reports 8.5




















 2.)  if you can't see Crystal Reports on the Project Tab, just Click Components>
       Designers, then Check the Box, for you to add Crystal Reports on your Project






















3.) Choose the Using the Report Expert>Press OK























4.) press Project>select you existing DSN or OBDC Connection>pres OK


















5.) then at the Object Type>Select Table or View,but this time i want to print a
    Database Table






















6.)  at the Object > Select your Table List on your Database you want to Print
    Press OK


















7.)   as you can see at the image below the Ado, this is your connection of your data
   to interact with your database press Next





















8.)  then the Table Field will show on a hierarchical form, just simply choose the fields on
     your database that you want to print or to view on your reports














9.) then to used it by default  press OK


















10.) and this is the design view of your reports









11.)  and this your Reports During Run-time

    i have installed Crystal report 8.5 but still under my VB6 designer i'm getting any options for crystal report> plz help

    the second option is to create a .rpt file,you can create it on Crystal Reports environment, and you can call it through Visual Basic Code

    chaon pag display using report ang specific data sako textbox ?? kei pag show nko sa report, mudisplay tanan .. gae ko tutorial chaon pag filter. tnx .. vb6 ako gamit ..
